Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used herbal products
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
